We assert that there are sound technical and commercial arguments for the long term success of the FP3. However, our R&D is being conducted in the dynamic, extremely competitive field of power train development and Pempek is only able to muster and fund a small engineering team. It is essential for successful commercialization of the FP3 that a working prototype be developed and its technical superiority demonstrated sooner rather than later. A qualified partner is needed to augment our technical expertise and additional funding is required to expedite development and commercialization.
